The Dairy is managed by Mr. Shivkant Sidnal, Managing Director of the Dairy, who started Manufacturing & Marketing of milk and milk products 9 years ago in South India. Today, we are one of the largest manufacturers of Ice Cream, Milk & Milk products in South India, producing Over 1.5 Lakh Litres of Milk, 50 Thousand Litres of Ice Cream, One Ton Ghee & 20 Thousand Litres of Curd per day.

By building the team of Young Professionals in Production, Marketing & Sales, the above mentioned capacity was achieved in less than 8 years, since inception. Today 20,000 farmers from 1,500 villages are directly supplying milk to us. We have more than 275 distributors across South India and some parts of North India. Each drop of milk undergoes 21 adulteration tests in our most Hygienic Plant. Thus, we pledge to give the most healthy products to our consumers across all age groups.

Adityaa milk is a brand rolled out of Vijaykant Dairy & Food Products Ltd., situated in Belagavi, Karnataka, besides river Malaprabha. Vijaykant Dairy is into Manufacturing & Marketing of premium quality dairy products. All the Machinery in the factory are imported from Sweden & Italy which are one of the best in their kind.

The Company insists on honesty, integrity and faith in all aspects of its business and expects the same in its relationships. This has gained the trust and respect of every person that it comes in contact with and is acknowledged by winning Silver & Gold Medals at The Great Indian Ice Cream Contest (Season 4) organized by DANISCO, a Denmark Company in Gurgaon.

Adityaa milk has become a house hold name for Milk variants (Fresh Toned Milk, Standardized Milk, Full Cream Milk), Curd, Pot Curd, Fresh Curd, Shrikhand, Paneer, Lassi, Buttermilk, Ghee, Mysore Pak, Khoa & Mava, in North Karnataka & Goa. Ice cream being our premium & focused product, has been able to garner good response from people across Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamilnadu & Gujarat.

Milk is processed in our state-of-the-art dairy, with all imported machineries where the efficiency is high and consistent. Each & every drop goes through 21 adulteration and quality tests. Now the milk is in it’s purest and is ready to become any milk product. Each & every ingredient including flavors are carefully selected from around the world. Our Products undergo rigorous microbial tests before rolling out in the market, thus making Adityaa Milk Products Healthy & Hygienic.

We follow ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System)

Quality control begins at the farm level by providing extensive training for Good Hygiene Practices and Good Agricultural Practices.

Quality control chain is as follows:

Testing of all our products is carried out by our in-house laboratories, chemical and microbiological.

Intensive Quality care is taken by:

  1. 1) Controlling air quality that comes in contact with food.
  2. 2) Water quality is maintained as per the BIS & FSSAI norms. Daily testing for water quality is done in our in-house laboratory.
  3. 3) Personal hygiene is strictly monitored and any personnel with injuries, illness, unhygienic conditions are not allowed to work in the plant.
  4. 4) Cleaning of pipelines, containers and utensils which come in contact with food are undertaken by CIP method.
  5. 5) Pest Control of India takes care of pest control activity in the plant.
  6. 6) We have an efficient HACCP-Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System in place. Raw Materials & Packaging Materials undergo extensive Chemical and Microbiological tests.
