All products displayed on our website are subject to availability and will be delivered only within
the specified delivery areas (Pin code). We reserve the right to discontinue or change the
specifications of our products and services from time to time without any notice, but will try our
best to have the relevant information reflected on our website or inform you as soon as possible
if any products or services ordered by you are not available.

You will be charged the prices that are reflected online, subject to availability. You will be
charged the actual amount due in respect of the specific product you ordered.
Payment to be done when order is placed. Your order will not be confirmed until payment is
made. We will place a holding reserve of funds equal to the total value of your online order
against the payment card tendered by you during the checkout process. Payment will be effected
on finalisation of your order and prior to delivery.
By submitting your order, identity number and payment card details you warrant that you are
authorised to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds
available to pay for the order.

After order placed & payment is made successfully, you will receive confirmation Message via
Email/SMS on your registered mobile number or Email Address.
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done through our website before
dispatch of your order.
We only deliver to the designated collection points selected by registered customers within
certain specified delivery areas. For verification purposes, the person collecting your order at the
collection point will be required to produce your order number a proof of purchase. Any person
other than yourself who receives the products at the collection point is presumed to be
authorised to accept delivery on your behalf and should have the relevant order number needed
to receive the goods.
If the order is placed before 2.00 PM it will be delivered the next working day depending on
the area and pin code. If the order is placed after 2.00 PM it will be delivered in 2 working days
depending on the area and pin code through our service partner.

personal information of users.
Your Personal Information such as Full Name, Address, Email Address, Contact Number,
Payment Details, Debit/Credit Card Details.
Payment may be made via Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, Maestro Debit / Credit Cards
and UPI Transactions.
To place a refund, return or exchange request for an order placed with Vijaykant Dairy and Food Products Limited, You would need to contact through website.Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 2 working days standard response period and we will notify you via email or phone call of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you. Once We Confirm your refund request, refund will be done within 7 working days.
